    Intex Sand Filter, 3000 GPH

Does anyone have a review/recommendation on the Intex 28651EG 3000 GPH sand filter?

I have an Easy Set 12' x 30" and would like to use a sand filter instead of the 1000 GPH 637R that I "upgraded to". My intex solar heater mat appears to really slow down the flow, basically to a trickle, and everything is installed correctly.

Could I get away with the 2100 GPH sand filter (I'd like to be able to vacuum), or is bigger better when it relates to pump/filter combos?

    Thanks in advance!

I have the 2800 GPH model and love it. I would say for vacuuming suction side that the 3000 gphmahbebetter, but cannot say for sure. I have a return side vacuume and a pool blaster max I use.
