Did a search but didn't find any info. New pool and ladder and rubber bumper already fell off ladder. With a vinyl pool I'm having nightmares about someone using the ladder with the bumper off and cookie cutting my liner.

if you post some pics we might be able to come up with ideas. I'm thinking wire zip tie thingys.

Ladder is like above...bumpers just push into stainless pipe but aren't extremely snug and already falling out. I guess I could drill through and pin them in place.
