After 5 years and painful amount of time and reading with 4 different pool guys. I found it. thanks to TFP. Saw a video on sucking side leaks. Went through the video and unbelievable the Jandy 3 way valve o-ring was installed incorrectly and so many people missed it. Picture attached.
Initially it was the SWG - cleaned it
Then it was O ring on Pump cover - fixed
O-ring on pipe connections on sucking side - fixed
Pipe clamps not tightened enough on intake pipes.
It all added up, but still I was getting intake air. Now my Jandy 3 way valve got 3 new O-rings all fixed. No bubbles and no more white stream.
