Safe for me and dog to swim?

Ok been learning and messing with water and testing all week. It's 82 out and would love to go swimming. I tested last night and all my fc was gone again but I also had no cay in there so it wasn't staying so I put my usual 4 cups in plus 3 extra thinking maybe today Fc level would be perfect. I also added instant conditioner to get that up. Well aparently too much bleach was added And the conditioner kept it from evaporating.

Test results:
PH 7.4
FC 11
TA 230
CH 240
CA 35ish right in between 30 and 40.

No combined clorine

Or do I need to wait until fc burns off.

Go swimming. Shock level for 30 CYA is 12 FC, and you're below that.

It is safe to swim when
PH is 7.2 to 7.8
Chlorine is above minimum for your CYA
Chlorine is below shock for your CYA
Water is clear
