pool deck

My pool, which I believe was constructed in the '70s, has a deck made up of pebbles. However, many of the pebbles are loose, and we find that every time we get into the pool, we knock some of the pebbles in. Anyone know if there is some way to bond the pebbles? If not, or if too big a hassle, is a brand new deck the way to go?

I think the latter for sure. You'll be way better off and much happier with something new. Trying to save the old would likely be less than productive, especially for any significant amount of time.
