Help SWG Not working

Ok I have a My Blue Pool SWG and I am not making chlorine There are no lights other then the on light lighting up.
Is there a way to test it I'm get voltage to the salt cell and if yes is it 12volt or 110 I do not have and paper work on this unit so I am at a lost.

The only info I can find is that it is a rebranded resilience swg. Do you have a picture of it? If it's like the resilience ones with the post and sleeve connectors on each side, you can use a meter on them to check the voltage. Most swg's are around 24 volts, but most/all of the resilience ones are 12 volt. I had a pool frog branded resilience swg prior to getting my circupool swg this year.
