    New construction newpool owner

    Hello names Anthony, new owner of a 17000 gallon free formed pool with a variable speed pump n a water feature looking to learn how to care myself.
    17k g, IG free formed, plaster/bella blue,varaible pump, cartridge filter, with water feature.New build 6/17/15 builder set start up and pump filter cleaning time. Runs 12am-2am clean cycle runs 2750 rpms n from 2am-8am 1200 rpms

    Thanks everything I've read here an some experience with chlorine ph n water alkalinity I'm starting to understand a lil more. Watched some good you tube friendly sites.I'm in the process of slowly bringing my alkalinity down its at a 130 n ph is at 8 chlorines n tc is good any suggestions I've added a total of a gallon of acid in a 2 week period waiting for test tmw
