Can't Program the Hayward SP1500ft Timer

Hi all. I have the Hayward SP1500t timer unit installed and when I go to program it, it doesn't beep indicating that it's being programmed. I've checked all the connections and they all appear to be okay. The timer was working last year.
Any suggestions?
