    chlorine/ bromine to high

I have a pool with 1,586 gallon capacity. I just checked the water levels. pH is between 7.5- 7.8
chlorine/bromine level is orange in the tester, which shows on tester is supposed to be a light yellow. How to I bring this down?

    Welcome to TFP!

Just wait and it will drop on its own.

Or refer to this thread for other ways to lower it,
Best way to reduce chlorine level

You can use Pool School - PoolMath to avoid this in the future.
