hayward aquanaut

Our Hayward pool cleaner keeps getting hung up on either of the drains at the bottom. I thought it was because the leader hose that connects to it was cracked, but the same problem is still happening when I replaced the leader hose. It never got stuck in the first year we had it. Any advice?

We have a four wheel aquanaut 400. It’s amazing but I noticed today after a week of running, the hose that connects to the filter is kinking. Like the suction is too strong. I’ve attempted adjusting the level of suction but it’s not helping.
