Great site, Im so glad I found it and telling everyone I know that has a pool about it. Thank you My question: I just put in a new ag vinyl liner 15x 30. I was running bacq. and now want to use a salt water gen. I filled my pool with well water. No test results yet (sorry). Water is clear. I suppose I just start adding chlorine, after i get test results following the conversion instructions. Any changes in the instructions if i want to use a swg?

Everything is the same with or without a SWG until after the conversion is complete. It is best not to actually install the SWG until the conversion is complete.
Before starting it is best to make sure TA isn't wildly out of range and to adjust the PH to between 7.2 and 7.4.

Would love to see pictures of the process if you are able. It's such an interesting transition to watch I've not done it myself but enjoy seeing the rewards of others who get through the process
