My numbers!
Last night at 10PM: FC=16 CC=.5
This morning at 6AM: FC=16 CC=.5
Bring on the new cartridge & CYA!!!
How long after adding CYA should I wait before adjusting the pH and TA? I am assuming those numbers will go down after it's added, and they are already at 7.2 and 70, respectively.

Congratulations!
You can go ahead and do a slight increase in PH right away, but leave fine tuning PH and TA for four or five days. High FC levels tend to make PH read higher than actual, so increasing PH a bit is a good idea, but leave any more detailed adjustments till FC is below 10.

So, from this point on... I am assuming that at night I will want to test and adjust my FC to 3-7? And this will be enough once my CYA level is up around 30?

Yes, as long as CC stays at 0.5 or lower then FC of 3 to 7 is fine.
If the CC level comes back up (not likely but possible), you should go back up to shock level.
