Are there different size nozzles for in ground spa jets? The jets I have seem large and make large bubbles when the blower is on. The seem to rise quickly and splash at the edge of the spa. Is there someway to make the bubbles finer and shoot more into the center of the spa instead of just at the edge? Is there an adjustment I should make on the blower? Maybe it's blowing too much air.

Yes, there are different sized nozzles but the nozzle size affects the pressure and water exit velocity and not so much the air. The blower size can definitely affect the bubble size. Have you tried the jets without the blower? You may need to remove it from the air pipe so you get free air flow without it.
