My pool water is about 70f, and was wondering if cold/cool water will throw off any of the water test results? Would it be best to bring the water sample into the house and let it warm up prior to testing?

You want to do the FC, CC, and PH tests with the water straight from the pool without waiting and without warming up the sample. The TA and CH tests can be done right away or wait inside. The CYA test is best done after the water has warmed up to room temperature.

What Jason said...

and just as an addendum - no matter what temperature it is in the room, it's always room temperature. :)
