My sand floor is even with the top of the bottom rail of the wall. I was going to place pad down, then use foam cove (and wall foam),, but the notch in the cove wouldn't be sitting on the rail, but up above it. Has anyone ever done this, and do you think it would be a mistake? thanks, any help...
