I bought some type of chemical called metal magic, the lady at the pool place said it would work

Hello. I bought a 22ft intex pool and had to use a water truck to deliver water to it. Well we filled it up and the water is a light brownish color. How can i remove the color form the pool and have it the pretty clear water that is suppose to be in it. Thank you in advance
