Ok so i have like 2-3 months before its time to start thinking about opening the pool again. We want to buy a SWG but im reading alot of problems with certian ones. We have about a 48,000 gal pool its flippin huge . What SWG has the least amount of problems and can handle my size pool.

Well what i done is use Flexible insta foam and sprayed it in the crack then used a combo of concrete patch on top or Self leveling sealant you don't want water flowing threw the crack flushing the sand behind your liner if you have a in-ground with a liner.

If he done it right he would of filled the crack with flexable insta foam and then about 1inch fromthe top filled it wth Self leveling sealant it comes in a giant tube about 13-15 $ per tube.

ya know what WD 40 is a Water based lube use that.I would never use this junk on any metal surface though it will just rust your junk up. On chains i use a chain wax or silicon spray like liquid wrench.

My heater is like 12inch away from the Fence and its a pain in the Rear to get on the sided and back .I would suggest 2 feet on back and side.

If you suspect you are going to replace the pannel i would try this. Try removing that tube and see if the Nipple its connected to is Broke OR if its just that tube.you may be able to Split that tube and add a new section of tube.
