    Jandy AquaLink RS - Program Scheduling Nightmare

    OK, necro time again. This has plagued me for years and the only voodoo that has worked in the past has been to clear memory and re-do everything. But today even that wasn't working. But after playing around for hours, I NOW HAVE THE SOLUTION. Do NOT enter any One-Touch entries in the...

    Question on cell wiring for Jandy Aquapure 700

    Ha, that video now raises another question. The 700 has only 2 pins on the cell , but the connector has 3 connections. Mine was connected 180 degrees different from the video. I'm guessing it's designed to work in either configuration. Cheers.

    Question on cell wiring for Jandy Aquapure 700

    Hi, I'm replacing my Aquapure 700 cell and have a question about the DC wiring to the control panel, as none of the references I can find mention anything about the wiring colours, or the polarity of the 2 used pins out of 3 on the cell . The board has 2 terminals, one marked -ve and green, the...

    Chemical Interaction Throwing Off Taylor Salt Test

    Sorry, only just spotted this addition. Not sure I fully understand then either. As I said previously, before re-filling the spa and adding a couple of ounces of the Cell Protector, all 3 readings, Taylor Salt Test, AquaPure, and local pool store all agreed with each other. Well, within...

    Aquapure 700 -> 1400

    Yes, it's just a small spa, no pool, around 1,000 gallons, so it doesn't need a huge run-time in order to filter the water every day. Cheers.

    Aquapure 700 -> 1400

    I'm thinking of upgrading my Aquapure from a 700 to 1400 to let me cut down on the run times needed to maintain the chlorine level in a small spa. This is one of the older versions with the display/controls on the front of the control box. Reading through the parts list, it looks like all I...

    Chemical Interaction Throwing Off Taylor Salt Test

    Jeez. This makes me regret giving up chemistry 45 years ago. :D I have to admit I didn't think about checking the Taylor website, or asking for their thoughts. Yep, that's the stuff. I didn't measure per se, but as you quote it is one bottle (1 qt) per 10,000 gallons which I did see before...

    Chemical Interaction Throwing Off Taylor Salt Test

    Hi, I've been using the resources of this forum for quite a while now to understand the water chemistry for our in-ground spa and I have to say that it's an incredibly useful resource. So far I've always been able to find the answers I need. Until now. :grin: I recently, last week, drained...
