    New motor wont start. Bought a vgreen 165. Installes it and it doesnt start. I test leads at pump and they test at 120v. But the pump doesnt star

    When I test I get 120v on each leg. Maybe it's not 240 being supplied, and I get a reading of120 due to the elec. Going through the timer? Maybe the interface isn't connected? This is a variable speed
