Thanks for the info. I have been my pool maintenance guy since day 1. Towards the end, I had a heck of a time with yellow algae and too many dissolved solids in the water; who knows how long the water was in the pool. The pool is actually finished, I am just slowly posting the progress. :)

A cover for winter. I am in Northern California and the weather is pretty mild in terms of winter around here.

I need to buy a cover for the pool. Our pool is a very odd shape and I am not too sure what to do. Do I buy a rectangle ad cut it? Do I just use the rectangle over the odd shape? I have attached a drawing of the shape and size. It is 15 x 35 at the longest points. Thanks for any and all help! Tom
