I just installed the gli whirlwind reel on my 24 above ground pool. Does anyone have advice on how to keep the cover from rolling underneath itself when trying to unroll to put it back on?... I had the cheaper version and never had this much of a problem. Thanks!

I haven't tried it yet since this is only my 3rd year... But my father in law uses 2 covers.. When he buys a new one... He puts the old one on top... Says it makes the new one last longer... Used to get 2 years out of his cover... Now he says he can get 4-5 years... And he just buys regular...

I had this problem on my raypak heater... I replaced it twice cuz it kept blowing... Eventually had tech come out and he put some kind of a bypass in... Said that years model was having that problem consistently... Haven't had a problem since Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk

I sincerely appreciate your help Casey .. Maybe I'm not thinking about this the right way... But wouldn't my post be too low if it was the paver sinking... In my case the post is a little too high... I apologize but wouldn't putting in another paver just make it higher or am I just not getting...

So we actually escaped the morning rain but it's a muddy mess of course... I moved the rocks and dug down its buried about 6 inches at that point... The post isn't cracked and it is still squarely on the paver Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk

What do u think about pulling the post out of the ground and cutting off the bottom a little bit to make it fit?...wouldnt have to cut that much... Or is that just asking for more trouble?... The problem with rigging the top cap to fit is then it won't cover up edge of top channel inside the...

My problem with that is that my pool is partially buried so I would not be able to get an accurate measurement... But at this point I can only assume that one of two things happened... Either frost heave pushed the post up...or the wall sank... In either case do I need to be concerned with the...
