I have the same issue with a new trex deck. It only happens if I have boots with rubber soles . My pool is bonded along with the water . Just wish if someone with electrical experience can clarify nothing is wrong if u can discourage static into a pool.

As far as bonding gos it’s bonded at Every 3rd or 4th post w 8g wire and to the motor . Bonded water through the filter housing same loop

let me see if i undersrtand this you have a clamp bolted to the top rim of your pool and the pipe is in the water being held by the clamp and the bonding wire attached to clamp also. any pics??

if you shut off hose while in pool you can syphon the water into your drinking water

In repairing a steel wall rust hole (with a patch) is the object to prevent the liner from protruding out the wall or is the patch supposed to strengthen the area ? A friend suggested a vinyl patch . Either way I would be wire brushing all rust off fill with epoxy then use rustoleum paint and...
