I have the S300i. It occasional does get stuck on the drain cover, but usually resolve itself within 15 seconds. My drain cover are definitely not low profile. Which drain cover are you using?

Actually - I did. I accidentally dropped one screw in the water. It took me longer to find the screw in the pool that it was to put the caddy together. Motto of the story - don't assemble the caddy next to the pool. :)

One more general observation: The front brush spins faster than the speed at which the robot moves. However, it appears that the back brush spins at the same speed. So I am not sure how effective the back brush is.
