Awesome thanks! I was afraid I'd be wasting water by backwashing on high for that long.

I have a two speed pump on my 27' AGP and was wondering what speed ya'll set your pump at when backwashing? I see posts where I should be backwashing for like 3 minutes and wasn't sure if that was on high or low.
