Outdoor speakers and equipment I need

The sonance are very nice. I really like the idea of how these are set up. I think this is the path I will go. $2500.00 is tough to swallow, but I can find no bad reviews. They last outside for many years, and blend in so nicely!!

    Connecting Tristar SP3202vsp to omnilogic

You should only need to use the A and B. I think the com wire is for other controllers if there is a communication error, my OmniLogic only uses two wires.

    Inground pool leak

I'm not sure where you live, but if your water warms up well into the 80s during the day, and nighttime temperatures drop into the the low 70's, then a half inch over 48 hrs is normal, If you live in an area with extremely dry air, no humidity, and you don't have a 40000 gallon pool, then 1/2"...

Outdoor speakers and equipment I need

Thank you for all the replies so far, I had planned on burying an insulated speaker wire for the speakers, I read a little about the speaker selector switch and have that on my list of things I need to get. My biggest question I am trying to find the answers for is if everything is going to...

Outdoor speakers and equipment I need

I don't want earth shattering rattling neighbors windows, but I want decent full range speakers, I'll probably have them out for 3 of 4 seasons, packed up in winter. I'd like to keep all the speakers under 500 dollars, and I will decide what to spend on the receiver when I see what options I...

Outdoor speakers and equipment I need

I am not sure where to post this, but I'll put it here and if there is a better place could someone please move this there, I am trying to figure out my outdoor sound system, I am not very familiar when it comes to AV equipment, so I thought I would ask you guys what I need to buy to get...

Green Pool opening after 4 years

You can put that small piece of liner back in yourself, it's not hard, if the pool is empty it is even easier, you can get some beadlock to put in to keep it in place, I put beadlock around the entire perimeter of my pool, just to make sure the liner doesn't ever slip out. It actually makes...

    Inexpensive CYA

Thank you for the post also, I just ordered using that coupon code and it worked the same for me. I usually spend 60 dollars every spring to get my cya back up, once I use what I need for this year I will seal it up in a bucket for next year! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Why do you post?

^^^^^ this!! I don't like talking about it to others. I always feel like people think I am bragging when I am talking about my pool and how well cared for it is, and how everyone who steps in my back yard comments on how great it looks and feels. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    ProLogic vs OmniLogic

^^^^^^ this.... Very important. I ran into the same problem, a pool builder that was not familiar with the omnilogic and the VS pump I got was not compatible with the omnilogic, so I had it switched out with an ecostar pump, I only had to pay the difference between the two pumps, so it was not...

cant find the answer I used last year... omnilogic and heat pump

That pointed me in the right direction, those directions aren't exactly what needs to be done, but it reminded me enough to be able to figure it out. Thank you so much. Don't know how you found that, I did so many searches. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    ProLogic vs OmniLogic

I have had no problems with the omnilogic itself, once I set it last year it ran all year with no problems, there was a couple small hiccups, but not anything major. I highly recommend it, and I haven't even began to use all the features of it yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

cant find the answer I used last year... omnilogic and heat pump

My pool was installed and I programmed the omnilogic last year, I did a fantastic job learning it and helping others get theirs running...... but I ran into a problem that I had solved last year and didn't expect to have to do this again. I found an answer on here I think, about how to set a...

    ProLogic vs OmniLogic

Honestly Hayward is trying to get the omnilogic installed as much as possible, I had my pool built last year and had the prologic quoted in my contract, but after researching the omnilogic I decided that is what I wanted. My pool builder switched me to the omnilogic for no additional charge...

    Pool Slides

And all of my other plumbing was 2", I was worried that they were mistaken using a 1" pipe for the slide, and 2" for everything else. But you don't need as much flow for the slide and the 1" pipe was more than enough to supply the slide with adequate water. I actually had the valve turned almost...

    Pool Slides

Seriously research the footprint of the slide you might want. A straight slide vs a slide with twists and turns really dictates on where you would want the stub located. I had to draw out exactly where I wanted my stub located to make sure my builders put it exactly where I wanted it. And it...

    Pool Slides

My pool builders used a 1" stub up for the slide. There are Just to many options on how it hooks into your equipment, it would just depend on your setup, but try to figure out which slide you would want and look for a schematic of the placement of the stub so you can tell your builders exactly...

    Hobbies ?

Saltwater aquariums are my biggest hobby, I love the initial build and planning of a tank full of life. I am currently building another as we speak. And I have a little wood shop in the garage that I love to spend free time in.

Spa drains into pool when pump stops

Also make sure the spring on the flapper is attached and working correctly, my first check valve didn't come with the spring and I had to order a replacement flapper kit that had the spring

Spa drains into pool when pump stops

When you replaced the check valve did you make sure it is plumbed in the right direction. I have the same check valve also and it works great, but they can be on in the wrong direction But if it was plumbed in the wrong direction it wouldn't send water to the spa.... Spoke before I thought...

Slide or No Slide...that is the question.

If your pool is only 5 1/2' deep then I wouldn't recommend a slide. Ours is 8 1/2' deep and the adrenaline slide we have still shoots people to the bottom of the pool. 5 1/2' is just not deep enough for a slide or a diving board

    Just a quick thank you

I just want to say thank you to everyone who he contributed to this site, my pool was built in May, and I have been following TFP methods from day one, everyone who comes over to swim always compliments me on the water and how good it feels, but today we had my youngest sons friends family over...

    Water level

I keep my water level just below the neck jets, there is a small shelf below the neck jets and I try to keep it there, I keep the neck jets off unless I am using them and with two people in the tub it displaces just enough water to submerge the neck jets.

    New build in central PA

A few pictures of the inside of the pool house. I still have to finish the tongue and groove ceiling, but the walls and floor are done. It's so hot out that I am having a hard time getting it finished. After working out in the heat all day, coming home and working in the heat more is so hard to do!
