I have that same exact setup in my pool and one is for the skimmer and the other is for a pool cleaner if attached. I can turn the suction off and on on the cleaner inlet with a valve by my pool pump. So normally it is off and only one inlet is functioning.

So, I have had the SWG going for a week and have a few questions. My TC/FC has stayed steady at about a 4. My CYA is at 90, but I can't keep my PH in the 7.3/7.4 range. I generally add about 2.5 cups of acid and the ph comes down to about a 7.3 and then a day later it goes back up. Any thoughts...

UPDATE: I turned the switch on the front panel to OFF and then back to AUTO, and i heard a "click" on and i then i saw the following number: 86 24.6 6.2 39P 3600 AL-0 r1.59 t-15 Looks like it is working...I still am in the process of adding fresh water to bring both the salt and CYA levels down.

So I have made the decision to convert to a SWG. My only remaining question is, should I get the 40k cell or the 25k cell. I am referring to the Hayward T9 and the Hayward T15. My pool is 16,275 gallons. The price difference is only about 100 dollars.
