Ah...understood. I'll make the adjustment to pH now with soda ash as i definitely want the CYA into the pool over the next 2 weeks.

But couldn't I wait to allow the pH to rise over the course of the next 2 weeks? Why spend the time/effort/money raising the pH when the SWG will do that during my absence?
