I'm getting blue spotting on my white plaster. The plaster itself was redone last year and it started getting these blue spots late last summer. Chemistry is normal (chlorine). Its on both the horizontal and verticle surfaces. Anyone know what this is?

The contents of my filter seems to be backflowing through to my skimmer and out through my drain when the pump turns off. Does the multiport valve have a backflow control? There is always a little bit of water in my waste drain pipe so I think there could be a leak there none-the-less. If it's...
