    Hi! My first post... Hardness

    I have a 20,000 gallon pool with a vinyl liner. My total hardness is low 88. The pool store said to add 5lbs of product when the read out sheet said to add 17lbs. I find that interesting. Do you have any insight on hardness and suggestions on what I should do? Thanks! Lisa
