OK here we go, finished the build, just some clean up and landscaping to go. Filled the pool over the weekend and waited for a sunny day to take these pics so anyone interested can see the color. We went with Stonescapes Aqua Blue and we really like it. I believe the pool will be this color...

HI, Please post some before pics to give us a better idea of the magnitude of the slope and the work required. I can't wait to follow this one. Please post pics a it progresses! I would also shop it around, we had about a 25% price difference between 3 builders for the EXACT same pool.

We decided on aqua blue for our pool. Check out my thread. We should have water in soon, about 10-14 days. I'll post pics once the milky water clears up. Aqua blue seems to be the most consistent blue we looked at.

More work done this past week. Deck pour. One week for the acid wash, retaining flower bad walls to be built this week, sprinkler system re routed....plaster and water to follow!

More work in between crummy weather, decking to follow...maybe tomorrow??

Ok, finally figured it out. Looks like photobucket is the way to go. We are at the gunite stage now. Waiting for it to cure for 7days. Next is tile and coping.

Hi, no road. It is about a 3 foot drop off with a retaining wall. The fence must remain metal in the back because it is a "green zone" according to the city/HOA. It is a small pond, It does look like a road though now that I look closely at the pic.
