Pool finished - will try to post some pictures.

After a week or so of inactivity due to bad weather, we had a nice day on Saturday and PB crew came and started on the coping and the water feature. Back to freezing weather today, so no work done. Tried to post pictures without luck. Will try again later.

Not much in the way of visible progress, but most of the plumbing has been completed. They had to dig the trenches by hand due to wet weather. We have to decide on a tile color in the next day or two. Pergola was stained today and looks great.

Re: Does newly sprayed gunite have to be watered in the wint I am in a Memphis suburb as well, and no watering taking place outside of the rain.

Pool dig started 12/26 - in ground gunite approximately 450 sf. Flagstone decking approximately 700 sf. Also nearing completion of outdoor kitchen and pergola. Tried to add picture from my iPad, but file was too big.
