Intex timer switch failed, but on/off switch OK

I have an Intex 633T and the timer portion of the switch no longer works. Fortunately the on/off portion of the switch does work. I will probably get a timer like the Brinks Outdoor Timer but thought I'd ask here if anybody knew of a fix.

How to remove copper bars in Intex SWG

I second that. Worked beautifully - no leaks. I applied it to the inside/water side where the bars were attached, let it cure for 24 hours, and then as a backup seal applied to the holes on the side where the power plug connects. Here's a link for Marine Goop at Amazon. And thanks to the...

Removing copper bars in Intex Krystal Clear SWG 8110

Appreciate the excellent post at http://www.troublefreepool.com/threads/55776-How-to-remove-copper-bars-in-Intex-SWG for removing the copper bars from another Intex SWG model. I have the 8110, and my copper bars don't look the same. I can't determine how to remove them - they don't seem to...

Green scale on copper looking blocks inside Intex 8110

Thanks for the reply. Would you please let me know why I need to remove the copper bars, or at least disconnect them? They aren't causing any problems that I'm aware of, but I have a feeling I'm about to learn something new. I did see the post below, but fortunately no green hair for our swimmes.

Green scale on copper looking blocks inside Intex 8110

My 3-year old Intex 8110 has green scale on the copper (?) blocks downstream from the titanium plates. Some of the green flaked off fairly easy when disassembling the unit for storage after pool season. Do I need to remove all of this green stuff? Is it a problem and any ideas on how to prevent?

Standard fittings on an Intex pool

BTW - I came to this post with the same issue. The Intex Adapters are part number 10722. As of today they are $4.93 each on Intex's web site.

Determining pump size for above ground pool

How many months do you use your pool? Ours is used three months of the year, so I'm curious about the savings in cartridges. I'm also thinking the kids may lose interest in a couple of years.

Determining pump size for above ground pool

I have an Intex 13'x42" round above ground pool that came with the 633T pump that I plan to upgrade. Local hardware store has the 635T (1500gph) for $64.99 and the 633T (2500gph) for 99.99. I'm leaning toward the 633T to use with my SWG (Intex CS8100). Pump and SWG are mainly run at night...
