It says that my alkalinity is low, but now I need to figure out how much Baking Soda to Add.

I test my pool water 2-3 x weekly, but I was at the pool store and had them check it, and found that my alkalinity was low, but my PH was perfect, and they suggested that I should use their "Alkalinity Up" product to raise it. Is there a way I could use Baking Soda instead?
