The power light and generating light turn off and on, mostly stays off. Called the pool company and they checked it out and said they would just switch it out as a result of being under warranty. Yes, the cell is cleaned every three months. I believe it's something with the actual computer because the light turns off. About the bleach, any unscented bleach from the store will do???

This may sound dumb, but are they supposed to be opening when people aren't in the pool. I've noticed that when we are swimming they do fling open to allow water in but I don't think I've ever seen them open with just the pressure in skimmer
