Update: Stains were organic so trichlor tablets worked in removing the stains. Is there an alternative to moving the trichlor tablets all around the pool to remove all the stains? My CYA is currently at 60 after using almost 10 tablets to get rid of 75% of the stains so I prefer to not have to...- brianhn1

Dave, Thanks for the warm welcome! Great forum you got here. I'll double FC with liquid chlorine, the morning of, per pool math to 8-9FC. Could it be because I am using some old Vitamin C tablets? I question them so maybe go pick up a new bottle and retry. The stains itself feels just like...- brianhn1

TL;DR version After SLAM was completed, I noticed that I have serious staining (brown, rust colored maybe Iron?) that was not present after 1st SLAM of this year. It is pretty bad, covering multiple parts in the bottom of deep end of the pool and slight precipitation in the bottom shallow end...- brianhn1
