I have a Weber Spirit gas and a Weber Performer Charcoal for the slow relaxing cook days. Here in Canada Broil King makes quality grills as well.

I wasn't home last year upon closing. This is just our 2nd year and don't feel 100% confident yet undertaking the task. If I recall, it's in the $200 range. Not sure as first closing was free. I'll find out this week as I'll be booking our closing and report back if the cost is off base ...

We have 2 in a granite grey liner pool. In hindsight we would have gone with 3 as the light output isn't tremendous. The LED's light the water only unlike traditional lights that are brighter and light the pool surroundings.

Hide a key somewhere in your deck area? Most likely lots of $$ but, something that auto locks would put your mind at ease that the visitors locked up before they left.

Our is 15 x 28 rectangle. With a shorter swim season pools are smaller here. We have standalone spa as well for relaxing all year. Combo works well for us and our climate.
