Hope someone can help me out. We had an IG pool built in Feb '12. From day 1 we had problems with the suction when vacuuming. PB said that there was enough suction. Vacuum can't pull in a leaf at bottom of pool. Even tried not using the plate and just putting the hose directly into skimmer...
