Anyone notice Wal-Mart changed there concentrated chlorine from 8% to 6%??? When did this happen?

Our pool guy reccomends draining every other month or so to keep the ground water down. Definitely before a storm! We connect 1hp motor and it drains for days. Commonly called a well point around here.

I would consider a well point. Interesting about the FG under layment !

Do you have a well point? Sounds like u need to hook up a pump to the well point to suck the ground water out.

If it's inground vinyl, know that the liner may float up! Happened to a lot of us in Charleston, SC last year with the flood.

Interesting, it flows down to the street drain. Try to clamp the hose and direct it where u want it, should work for awhile :)

Probably could using a clamp. Ours is all pvc.

Ours continually washed out the yard so, my husband extended the pipe, dug a trench to the street and buried it so it expels on the street.

When mine was done, they had a suction hose taped between the liner and pool wall while it was filling.

I've never had wrinkles after New install. And have been told u can't "reseat" liner and have it line up correctly with returns and skimmer already cut out. I believe it's his responsibility if u had wrinkles from day one.

Had it happen to us, gasket was twisted inside leaving lines open...

You just opened the pool and the water level was fine? Then what did you do filter, backwash? If the gasket is messed up it wouldn't matter if pump was on or off it could still let water thru.

If the leak is in returns the water wouldn't continue to below them.

I would see how far it goes down. Is it possible the port is stuck in backwash or waste mode...maybe from spider gasket needing replacement.

So, the old liner and track were still in the pool? They knew where the old track was and put the new one below it? Makes no sense why they did it that way. Did you call and ask? Yes you're right, they can't move the liner after the holes are cut for skimmer etc. You may be able to put some...

I would ask too, seems they should have informed you. Wonder if they measured wrong? My coping is metal but it's maybe 1/4" if that from the coping.

Did u ask company why it was done like that? Or was it always that way?
