If I connect the booster pump to that “spa” circuit, can I turn the booster pump on and off as I please without affecting the heater, and the pool pump that actually feeds the spa, I guess the better question is, does that “spa” circuit act like all other circuits and I can turn the booster pump...

thank you for your quick response OGDENTO, the booster pump is specifically made to shoot extra air into the spa, but it does look like another actual pool “pump”

Ok everyone I'm back again early. I found where the temperatures are on my easytouch. The solar temp is 80 degrees. The water temp is 76 degrees. The outside temp is 67 degrees. Is that enough variance between solar and water for it to turn on the actuator? - - - Updated - - - To answer my own...

Right on everyone.....well I will see if the solar turns itself back on next week when it's supposed to get back into the 90 degrees around here.....will report back my findings sometime next week....

Hello everyone I have the pentair automation system on my pool with a Hayward actuator valve on my solar heater. Up until recently the valve used to move into the on position with the schedule I have it set for. I noticed the other day that that actuator quit working with the schedule I have set...

even tho this gfi outlet came with the intellitouch panel they installed? i checked all of the wiring this past weekend and everything looks good and snug.....un attached all of the wires going to t the gfi outlet as well and reinstalled and am still getting when turning the pool light on it...

going to try what you are suggesting today clown.....by turning off the main breaker for the pool pad will that eliminate power to the box that the wiring is going to near the pool as well?

I apologize. It's a gfci outlet. The person that installed the intellitouch panel said the lights needed to be connected to it. When I turn on the pool light it pops the gfci outlet. Than in need to push the reset button. Turn the pool light on agin and it works fine.

So if I'm reading this correctly if the spa and pool are both on the gfi outlet the spa (because it has water in it) could be tripping the breaker? It's supposed to rain here pretty good this weekend so if I get a chance when we get a break in the weather I'll try all of your suggestions. - - -...

No worries Jim! I had 250.00 in gift cards for there from this past Christmas from my parents since they knew I was buying a house with a pool. As far as my easy touch control system the pamphlet that came with it says it's an "8 and 4 for pool and spa" the installer said it was the newest one...
