Sorry about that. My typing got ahead of my brain. The T-Cell 15 (40,000 gal) is 1.40lbs. The T-Cell 9 (25,000 gal) is .70lbs. And the T-Cell 3 (15,000 gal) is .60lbs. But like I said, that is just a saltwater system seller site giving the lbs numbers. So you can take that with a grain of...

From what I could find, the Hayward t15 is .60lbs per day. The other two models are the 25 at .70lbs per day and the 40 at 1.40lbs per day. I found that on a site that sells saltwater systems. So not sure how reliable that is but maybe it's in the ballpark for figures.

So the Aquarite is in-ground. But would still be fine with an above ground I take it? So can that be wired to somehow run with the pump during normal pump run time but is there a way to have it where you can run the pump without the swag too?

I am curious about this also. Hopefully someone can shed some light on the matter. I have been looking at the Aquatrol also, but estimating that our new pool will hold a bit over 18,000 I suppose I should go Aquarite for 25,000. But it's an in-ground system. So I have been wondering the same...

I understand that you need to have a close estimate of how many gallons of water your pool contains for proper adding of your chemicals. But what is the best way to figure out about how many gallons your pool holds?

Sorry about those parts. I keep reading about that happening to people but we still want a Matrix and will order it plenty early before season so we can try to get replacement parts too if needed! Hope you get that settled soon so you can begin enjoying your new pool!

I thought I read the right warranty. There are like 6 listed on the Sharkline website. So, I have emailed Wilbar to ask exactly which of the Sharkline pools, if any, are saltwater compatible. Hopefully will have an answer in a day or two. I will post what I find out. :)

After reading the warranty on the Matrix, a saltwater system voids the warranty. So I guess we are back to searching for something we can do with a SWCG. Or just go BBB and buy the pool we really like. Just more to consider. Thanks for the responses. :)

We have no plans for diving. :) The 52 depth wouldn't allow for that anyway. It is basically enough to float around or swim some in. Mainly to just keep cool in the crazy humid Tennessee summers. And if we retired the pool someday, the concrete slab would already be there for a shop floor. :)...
