Hello! My pools been open since May 1 and the chemicals looks good, water is clear but I'm seeing foam when the water is agitated (is goes away in about 30 seconds). Wouldn't algicide have dissipated by now? Chlorine is 3.0 and PH is 7.6. Thanks! Robert
