    plumbing question

    so 18 * 38 L. plan to have 2 skims, pair of drains, then 3 returns and 3 deck jets... is it better to run everything on it's own line.... Like: returns on there own 1.5" each (3 runs), deck jets on a 2" main feed then T into 1" for each (1 main run then 3 small runs) drains tied together...

    pool salt levels compared to ocean....

    Ok, so I am a reef keeper and a pool owner.... Just thinking here.... My reef aquarium salt level is 1.026 density which is the same as 35ppt.....Typical avg ocean reef environment.. 35ppt is the same as 35,000ppm.... In a salt pool the aim is about 3500ppm.....So the concentration is 1/10...

    new BBB'r.... New TF-100 test and results:

    BBB method convert....Now What?

    I opened the pool about 2 weeks ago. Grabbed 2 cases of 12.5% chlorine $2.75/gal... Also picked up a gallon of 31% muratic acid. For now I will manually dose the Chlorine as needed. I also just ordered the tf-100 test kit. Will report numbers back when the come. In past: I aimed for Chlorine...
