    Update: Fully drained spa and inspected whole surface. There are noticable cracks with length anywhere from foot to 3 ft length and ~1/32" width. One area sounds delaminated using tap test. After removing bottom drain cup I see exposed gunite under it. The area around drain pipe on the side...

    I test the chemistry every other week. My water is high on PH and low on hardness. Other parameters are within the norm. I try to manage this using chemicals but this is not always doable on time because of my travel. I did my research on this pinhole leaks and leaning towards applying epoxy...

    Pinhole air bubbles in SPA

    Took a picture (I wish I'd take a video). The pinhole is somewhere in the pointed area. The area doesn't look damaged. But I noticed those little pebbles tend to detach and overall the liner looks and feels very rough, which could be a lack of water hardness (the separate concern I am managing)...
