A lot of progress today. Spa is repaired, hole filled with concrete, tile and coping replaced. A hole cut into the side of our house and a door to a bathroom installed. Pavers completed except for the patio section that will be outside of the screen cage which should be installed next week.

Finally! Lots of activity today. Final repairs on the spa to be done today. Old lanai and screen removed. Pavers started. Door to bathroom being cut as I type. Grout to be finished. Screen enclosure next week. After weeks of little or no activity this is very exciting.

Well, their first attempt.......failure. New fitting and flex pipe and it still leaked. Frustrating!

Well, not much progress. A leak was found in the spa wall at a jet fitting. PB is tearing it apart to fix. I can't help feeling like it will never be good as new and we'll always have problems with it. Could just be my paranoia. Here are some photos:

Finished shooting! I do have a question. Our PB mentioned that if we wanted stronger concrete, we could water it but did not go into detail about how often. I have read other posts where people are watering several times a day. Any recommendations?

Thanks! I like to call it "Greeds"................grass and weeds. :wink: Rebar is in now. The crew can't shoot until Tuesday so work has stopped until Monday when plumbing and final forming will be done. I'll take some more photos today.
