I have an AquaRite Salt system with a one year old CaliMar T-15 Cell under a 3 year warranty, The display reads "HOT" all the time and the generating light just blinks. The cell has been tested 4 seperate time and has read "FAIL" each time. The salt cell is clouded and the fins look distorted...
