Taping/Sealing off joints of Intex Pool

Just wondering if anyone has taped or sealed off the horizontal, vertical, and footing joints of an intex pool to keep the salt water from getting in. I know the looks of it wouldn't be great but I thought about gorilla tape or something similar. Also saw a product today called "FiberFix"...

    In line Chlorinator

Switching from salt to pucks this year as our old Intex rusted out from the salt. Am I better to get a floater for the pucks or would an in line chlorinator work better? Does anyone have any pics of any inline chlorinators for pucks they use with an Intex?

Anyone have this filter on an intex

Wondering if this filter will work with a 16x48 intex? Would I only need the hose adapters that can be found on amazon? http://www.walmart.com/ip/Pro-Above-Ground-Swimming-Pool-Pump-System-4500GPH-19-Sand-Filter-w-1.5HP/35093944

    Heyward gasket for intex

Before I go all fruit ninja on our pool just thought I'd ask if its better to cut the gasket in half or order a separate gasket all together for the other side of the liner but I wasn't sure if that would make it too thick. Suggestions?

Okay, got a few questions that I need someone smarter and more experienced than I am to answer please. Recently put up a 16x48 Intex Ultra with SWG. I've read pool school a few times and each time it begins to make more sense to me. My test levels are right where my intex guide says they...
