    @kdahlgren249 I live in a dusty environment; for me the ultra-fine filters are an absolute must. If you don't have to contend with mush sand or grit, you can probably skip it. My Nautilus CC Plus has no issues with climbing walls.

They do a great job for me; I'm sorry that's not the case for you, OP. A tip on cleaning them: soak them for 30 mins about once a month in 1/4 cup TSP, 1/4 cup laundry...
