We finally had to lock it to prevent every single delivery person, gardener and contractor for a mile radius from using it. We felt bad, but at 90-100 degree heat all summer we didn't have a choice, it got disgusting just walking past.

Thank you for the insight! We should hear soon as to the new time table. If it's too long we may reconsider and go with Stonescapes, but are just so disappointed in the PB that they allowed this to happen. We actually have a different word than "disappointed" , but you know what I mean.

That's a good point. We did get a prelim lein notice that they hadn't fully paid for shotcrete after it was installed (and after we had paid in advance). In that case, I called in the owner who told me it wasn't uncommon to get those notices which apparently is true. But still not comforting...
