    My first AGP build

Looks great. I'm working on the plans for a deck on my pool now just have not decided exactly what to do yet. I'm researching where the deck should go on the pool either below the top or over it.

New AG Pool levels with Ionizer

well there are several reasons. I had learned years ago from several people about certain metals dissolved in water can kill bacteria and such. It is the same concept. The amounts of chlorine needed with this are far less than using chlorine alone. Like I said I am going to try it this...

New AG Pool levels with Ionizer

Jason, apparently you do not like the ionizer. I am trying it this season. And have spoken to several people who love it. If it does not work then I can always go back to the old method or any other method. I am trying to get the levels right in my pool. I have spent endless amounts of time i...

New AG Pool levels with Ionizer

my local Ace has pool sample reading. It is a computer thing. That is how i do my samples. I know a few people who have the ionizer and love it. I wanted to try it because you don't have to keep a chlorine level in it. You do have to shock it every week (as I did my last pool) and test the...

New AG Pool levels with Ionizer

ca is cyan uric acid and it is 5 ppm. The print out from the test is telling me it should be 60-100 ppm. I have and ionizer which should eliminate the chlorine being needed. I had to add salt to it to help the ionizer work to increase the level of copper.

New AG Pool Very Not level ground

Not worried about my house, it is 2 feet off the ground. It would maybe flood my carport but so does the rain every time it rains hard. That is the problem when it rains in South Louisiana at any point we have water in the yard for a few days or days of rain that takes a while to dry up. I am...

New AG Pool Very Not level ground

thank you zeal I will watch that a little later. Hubby has instructed me that the "sand" is not sand and is sandy land so it packs quickly. We cannot dig into the river sand that is there cause it will cause the pool to sit in water when it rains here. (Can't have the pool in a pool of water)...

New AG Pool Very Not level ground

every tutorial we have seen on installing an above ground pool says you have to take the grass out and not to fill in with any dirt cause the foundation has to be hard. So will something happen to this pool if we build up and put it on the sand? As well can someone recommend a bottom for it? I...

New AG Pool Very Not level ground

Maybe someone can help me and my husband decide what is the best way to fix: 1. Had a 16' intex a few years ago. (built up pad of sand to put it on about 19 foot round. Gustave took it and with a small child decide to wait to put another pool up. 2. Want a new pool. Decided on a 21' round...
