I meant all 3 returns are branched from a single 1 1/2" line

thank you Mark i found a pic of all 3 returns coming into 1 line, so would the GPM correlate with the speed example pump speed 100% 118GPM would pump speed 50% be 59GPM and so on..

all the water features are off with the 20psi reading

definitely a single return line should i let the pump run on full speed for a few minutes before i read the psi?
